Ramadan is a time of spiritual reflection, gratitude, and renewal. For Amina, it’s also a period of unwavering commitment to her fitness journey. Despite the challenges of fasting and altered schedules, Amina continues to train hard, embodying the true spirit of perseverance and dedication.Throughout the holy month, Amina wakes up before dawn to nourish her body with a wholesome suhoor, carefully planning her meals to ensure sustained energy levels throughout the day. Despite the long hours of fasting, she remains steadfast in her resolve, drawing strength from her faith and inner determination.When the sun sets and the call to prayer echoes through the air, Amina eagerly breaks her fast, replenishing her body with nutritious foods to fuel her workouts. With sheer determination and unwavering focus, she pushes herself to new limits, pushing past fatigue and embracing the challenges with grace and resilience.Amina’s dedication serves as a beacon of inspiration for us all. With the clocks changing it’s great to bring news about our up and coming events. From a new Couch25k course and the start of our new hill walking group in April…. To the fantastic Run the runway event in May. In June we will support a mud run for a Klubbers Birthday to July a Spinathon at The Klub for charity. Let’s not forget a 10k walk/run in August and to finish off a golf day in September.

Our Klubber Sam Russell is turning 50 and in a way of celebrating she is inviting all her Klub fitfam to take part in the Errol Mud Run on Saturday 22nd June 2024. As we celebrate Sam’s dedication and spirit, let us all be inspired to approach our own fitness goals with the same level of enthusiasm and determination. Together, we can achieve incredible things and create a community where everyone feels supported, encouraged, and empowered to live their healthiest, happiest lives.
